Ultimate Breakfast Omelette

If you grill the sausages and bacon for this one then this is a great healthier option than the traditional fry-up. This is one of my personal favourites and is great on a lazy weekend morning when the kids are away.
Ingredients
- Pork Sausage
- Smoked Bacon
- Chestnut Mushrooms
- Potato Scone
Grill the sausage, bacon and mushrooms before preparing the base omelette. Make your omelette then add the ingredients to one half and continue to cook for a couple of minutes before folding the omelette over then leaving to sit for a further couple of minutes. Once the omelette is cooked simply serve and enjoy.
