Chicken Tikka Omelette

Who doesn’t love a nice curry… OK this might not be everyones cup of tea but I can assure you the flavours in the omelette are amazing and work really well together. We had this as an evening meal and although it has some rice inside the omelette we had rice on the side too.
Ingredients: Omelette Base
- 3 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tumaric
- Garam masal
- Cumin
- Knob of butter
- 1 tbl spoon of oil
Ingredients: Omelette
- Chicken Tikka
- Onion
- Rice
Ingredients: Serving Sauce (Make this up before you start cooking so your yummy omelette doesn’t go cold)
- 6 Tbl spoons of mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masals
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon tumaric
- 1/8 teaspoon chilli powder
Cook the chicken in some hot oil then after a couple of minutes ass some tikka paste. Once the chicken is nearly done add the chopped onions. Make your omelette mix up from the ingredients about then start cooking. Once the egg is still runny on top add the cooked chicken tikka, onions and rice. After you have added the ingredients fold the omelette and leave it for a couple of minutes. Once the omelette is cooked simply top with the serving sauce, serve and enjoy.
